PARTY!

PARTY! celebrates celebrations and honours the power of dance as catharsis in moments of global and private crisis.

It is a search for lightness in heavy times, a reflection on parties as a form of resilience and, at the same time, a questioning of resilience itself.

PARTY! was created in collaboration with eight performers, both live and digitally, as well as with participants in a public workshop. This process led to what happens on stage: a paradoxical solo, born out of many bodies, thoughts and voices. In this performance I am celebrating alone what is, at its core, deeply collective.
